Although we guarantee that we test every single cartridge before releasing them to the market, there are unexpected factors during transportation, which could affect the quality negatively. If there are defective cartridges, please keep them for us, once they reach a certain quantity, then you can send them back at our cost. We will take full responsibility for the products we sell and send you the replacement.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all unopened cartridges within an expiry date.
