FREE SHIPPING OVER $399

We provide free shipping for orders over $399 within Canada. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or other courier services with tracking information and email notification.

Additional charge may apply for orders that are delivered to remote locations referred by Canada Post as "Air Stage Locations". Our Customer Service Representative will contact you when extra charges need to be applied.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGES

For orders less than $399, a flat shipping fee of $12 will be applied.

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or other courier services with tracking information and email notification.

HANDLING FEE

For orders less than $35, a handling fee of $2.50 will be applied.
Return Policy
Although we guarantee that we test every single cartridge before releasing them to the market, there are unexpected factors during transportation, which could affect the quality negatively. If there are defective cartridges, please keep them for us, once they reach a certain quantity, then you can send them back at our cost. We will take full responsibility for the products we sell and send you the replacement. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all unopened cartridges within an expiry date.
